Claire Gadiolet (© Yann Arthus Bertrand)

The Montbeliarde show will be judge by Claire Gadiolet (France)
Claire Gadiolet and her husband run a farm since 2001. They milk 30 Montbéliarde cows and have 70 breeding heifers. They also have a sheep production with 250 ewes.
The farm is as in altitude as 900 metres, in zone of medium mountain on the town of La Chaumusse (Jura). The average milk record now per cow is 8 800 Kgs with 35,2 in protein.

Her parents was not farmers, but she is fond of the Montbéliarde since she went to the college. At the age of 19, she is chosen to participate at the best judge school’s championship at the dairy show of Paris. After that, she passed her certificate of the upper agrarian technician, then she becomes to established with her husband on a small dairy farm in Jura.

Since then it does not cease participating in different montbéliardes shows, sometimes as exhibitor, sometimes as judge. At the same time, she breeds to get cows with good conformation and good production. Her efforts was rewarded this year with Usage (Shady x Ezozo) which won the intermediate best udder during Montbéliarde Prestige show 2007.

Cathy Yeoman (© DR)

Cathy Yeoman (USA) will judge the Holstein, Brown Swiss and Jersey show
Cathy Yeoman of Dover, Oklahoma, married to husband, Robert. With Robert's brother, Byron, and his mother, Barbara, they operate Sandy Dale Farms which consists of 1700 acres, 300 cow/calf beef pairs, and dairy heifers.

Born and raised on a Missouri dairy farm, Cathy began showing and judging in the Missouri 4-H program. Graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in dairy science, she’s returned to dairy farming after graduation.

Judge in numerous state fairs and shows across the U.S., Cathy Yeoman also judged in Autralia (International Dairy Week) and Canada, like All-American and All-Canadian contests.
Sandy Dale Farms already has shown several animals with success primarily with Jerseys and Holsteins-black and white as well as red and white, also Brown Swiss, Ayrshire, and Guernsey. They obtain Champions in World Dairy Expo, All-American Jersey Show and Royal Winter Fair in Toronto (Canada), like numerous All-American and All-Canadian nominations and winners.

An icestorm in 2002 that left the farm without electricity for 28 days forced the Yeoman family to quit milking on-farm. They're still involved with heifer and embryo business, also become more involved with dairy cattle sales and marketing.
